The draft opinion does have a line saying that these issues are essentially law and protected and not at risk, but that's the same thing previously said about Roe v. Additionally, it explicitly shits on case law that is the foundation for judicial protections regarding other issues such as gay discrimination statues, gay marriage prohibitions, and some cases to protect civil rights. There is a lot of historical inaccuracies in it and fluff regarding abortions. I find it curious that certain people care more about the leak than the actual opinion. There may be issues with their respective law license and state's respective Bars, but that's about it.

At this time, I don't see any basis for any criminal prosecution. The only thing I can think of being remotely close is dealing with issues involving special security clearances - none of which would likely be involved here. Click to expand.I, personally, have never heard a confidentiality clause that could lead to criminal prosecution.
